Ordering Info & Terms
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You do not need to become a PayPal member to complete your order; all you need is a credit card. Click here to see how.
Although we prefer and recommend PayPal, we also accept the following forms of payment:
- International wire transfer. The price of bank wire transfers varies greatly, ask your bank what they may charge for this service.
- Cash (NOK, EUR, USD) sent –at your own discretion– via mail, or preferably registered airmail. We are not liable for money lost in the mail. If you choose to use this payment option, make sure the money is well-concealed.
- Norwegian customers can transfer money directly to our bank account.
If you wish to use one of the other payment methods listed above, please send an e-mail stating what you want to buy and where to send it. We will get back to you with a grand total and payment instructions.

Please allow up to 5 or 6 weeks for international order to be processed and shipped. Mostly they arrive faster than this, but sometimes packages may be held up in customs. If your international order has not arrived within this time frame, we recommend checking with your local post and/or customs offices to make sure your package is not being held. Norwegian orders currently take about 3-7 business days to arrive.
Fimbulljóð Prod. can not be held responsible in the unlikely event of lost or damaged goods. If you wish to insure your shipment by registered mail, please contact us before placing your order. The additional fee can be anywhere from 100-330 NOK, depending on your shipping destination and the size/weight of the parcel. By submitting your order you agree that Fimbulljóð Prod. are not liable for uninsured parcels lost or damaged during transit.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. This applies to tangible goods only. You will have to cover the shipping charges associated with returns/exchanges yourself. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Return claims must be made within 7 days of when you receive your order.
F.A.Q.
When will you have more rune pendants available?
There isn't any schedule for this, but usually we prefer to add them to the shop in batches, which of course means we can't do it very often. Take a look at our subscription service if you want to stay in the loop.
I don't see my shirt size, does this mean it is out of stock?
Yes, once the size is out of stock, it is no longer visible in the dropdown.
Will the Jotunspor T-shirt be reprinted?
Yes, eventually.
Can I buy the Wardruna CD wholesale?
Not from us. Contact Indie Recordings or their distribution partner in your region.

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Use our handy currency converter links (courtesy of Google Finance) to get approximate prices in other currencies.
